CoCrMo alloy powder

1. Biocompatibility: Complies with ISO 5832‑4 and ASTM F75 standards, suitable for human implants such as joint replacements and dental restorations. 2. Wear and Corrosion Resistance: High chromium (Cr) and molybdenum (Mo) content provides exceptional resistance to wear and to acid–alkali corrosion. 3. High-Temperature Performance: Retains high hardness and oxidation resistance below 600°C, making it ideal for manufacturing high-temperature components. 4. Flexible Formability: Compatible with additive manufacturing processes such as selective laser melting (SLM) and electron beam melting (EBM), offering high dimensional accuracy. 5. Dense and Uniform Microstructure: The powder exhibits excellent sphericity and flowability, achieving a sintered density of ≥99%.

Ultrafine cobalt powder

1. Ultra-high purity: Cobalt content ≥ 99.8%, with extremely low impurity levels. 2. Ultra-fine particle size: Typical particle diameter 200 nm–5 μm (customization available), with a uniform size distribution. 3. High specific surface area: 5–20 m²/g, providing numerous active sites and excellent catalytic efficiency. 4. Low, controllable oxygen content: Oxygen content ≤ 0.5%, ensuring stable oxidation resistance.
