Prepared using a core process of medium-frequency induction melting combined with gas atomization, these powders exhibit high sphericity and stable magnetic properties, making them ideally suited for MIM and PM processes and meeting the stringent precision requirements of electronics, magnetic components, and other applications.
Tianjiu Metal’s soft magnetic alloy powders are spherical in shape, produced using the core gas atomization technology developed by the Powder Metallurgy Research Institute of Central South University. The powders undergo stringent control over critical parameters such as particle size distribution, oxygen content, and magnetic properties, resulting in excellent flowability and outstanding formability.
