BAg45CuZnSn silver-copper-zinc-tin brazing alloy
Powdered · Paste-like, available in dual forms High silver content · Excellent wetting · High-strength joints
Core Advantages of BAg45CuZnSn Brazing Alloy
Excellent wettability · High fluidity
With a tin content of 2.0–3.0%, it significantly reduces surface tension and exhibits excellent wetting and spreading on stainless steel, cemented carbides, and copper alloys.
High bonding strength
The brazed joint is dense, with a tensile strength of ≥300 MPa, and exhibits excellent resistance to thermal cycling and corrosion, making it suitable for high-reliability joints.
Medium-Temperature Brazing · Base-Material Friendly
The brazing temperature ranges from 677 to 813°C, which is lower than that of high-silver brazing alloys, thereby minimizing overheating of the base metal and grain coarsening.
Dual Form · Process Compatibility
The powder form (−200/−300 mesh) is suitable for automated powder feeding and laser cladding; the paste form can be used for dispensing and screen printing, and is ready to use straight out of the container.

BAg45CuZnSn high-silver, tin-containing silver-based brazing alloy
BAg45CuZnSn is a silver‑copper‑zinc‑tin brazing alloy containing 44–46% silver; the addition of 2–3% tin lowers its melting point (solidus at 640°C) and significantly enhances its wettability compared with conventional BAg45CuZn. Joints made with this alloy exhibit high tensile strength (≥300 MPa), excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, and superior corrosion resistance. The powdered form is produced via vacuum atomization followed by precision sieving, yielding particle sizes down to −200 mesh (≤75 μm) and −300 mesh (≤48 μm), with outstanding flowability suitable for automated powder feeding, laser cladding, and the pressing of preformed solder foils. The paste formulation combines the powder with an organic binder, achieving a solids content of 80–90%, a viscosity of 50–200 Pa·s, and good thixotropy, making it ideal for automated dispensing, screen printing, and manual coating. This material finds broad applications in electronic packaging, the refrigeration industry, cemented carbide tools, medical devices, and other fields.
