1）Capacity varies according to the product. Taking stainless steel powder as an example, the daily production capacity is ≥8 tons, and the annual production capacity is ≥3000 tons.
2）The maximum daily production capacity of all products is 40 tons, the maximum annual production capacity is more than 10,000 tons.
3）In the year 2023, stainless steel alloy powder production quantity is expected to  reach 1500 tons, sales amount is over 50 million Yuan RMB.
4）In the year 2023 aluminum alloy powder production quantity is expected to reach ≥ 600 tons, sales amount ≥30 million Yuan RMB.

How is our product quality controlled?

The company carries out production and quality control in accordance with ISO9001 2015 quality management system, equipped with ICP, oxygen and nitrogen analyzer, carbon and sulfur analyzer, laser particle size analyzer, powder comprehensive performance tester, SEM and other modern testing equipment, and implements strict quality management from the whole process of market / R&D / procurement / production / quality / warehousing / shipping / customer service. We have established a standardized testing center, and all performance indicators of products are able be tested to ensure qualified delivery.
