To enhance team cohesion and deepen cross-departmental collaboration, Changsha Tianjiu Metal Materials Co., Ltd./Hunan Xinfang Tianjiu New Materials Co., Ltd. organized a themed team-building activity for all employees at Xiangshan National Forest Park in Ningxiang on May 17, 2025.
On the day of the event, more than 50 employees participated in collaborative challenges through randomly formed teams. At the farmhouse, employees from various departments cooperated to prepare and cook barbecue; during the mountain climb, cross-departmental teams helped each other, demonstrating team spirit; and the midday KTV session further brought everyone closer through song. Laughter and joy filled the green mountains and waters of Xiangshan Forest Park, as employees deepened their understanding through collaboration and strengthened their rapport through interaction.
