Therefore, atomization is classified as a method of physical powder production. In fact, chemical reactions are difficult to avoid. For example, water atomization can lead to reactions such as metal oxidation and decarbonization, and the atomization process is quite complex. In short, the atomization method has a wide range of applications, not only to produce pure metal powders, such as lead tin, aluminum, zinc, iron, nickel, copper, bismuth, silver, cobalt, and other elemental powders, but also to produce various alloy powders, such as brass, bronze, aluminum alloy, alloy steel, high-speed steel, stainless steel, high temperature alloy, and other powders.
