BNi-7 Nickel alloy powder
Characteristic
- Eutectic solder, lower brazing temperature
- excellent fluidity, can flow into tight contact joints
- Less corrosive, can braze thin stainless steel parts
- Free of boron, especially suitable for nuclear field
Applications
- Alloy steel, stainless steel (such as watch straps, valves, joints, honeycomb structures, heat exchangers)
- High temperature alloys, refractory metals (such as nickel alloys, cobalt alloys, molybdenum, tungsten, cemented carbide)
- Sintered diamond products
