【Applications】

Powder zincizing material for steel structure;

The same as the manufacture of sheet zinc aluminum alloy powder, 

zinc aluminum coating can play an anti-corrosion effect on the surface of steel, 

such as railway system, steel structure bridge, automobile manufacturing, ships, ports, docks, etc.;

ZnAl5 (melting point 382℃) is a zinc-based eutectic filler metal suitable for brazing pure zinc and zinc alloy.

ZnAl15 (425-460℃) can be used as a universal filler metal for Al-Al brazing and Al-Cu brazing, and has good spreading and mechanical properties.
